The micro-adjustable, precise and stable longitudinal stop provides decisive advantages: Corrections even smaller than 0.004" (1/10mm) can be made after coarse adjustment using an adjusting screw. The height is adjustable and 45° tiltable saw blade makes it possible to cut double mitres when used together with the angle stop.

Instead of swivelling the saw head, the table with clamped work piece
is turned!
The laterally
moving saw head (Patent DP 103.18.479.1) prevents colliding of the saw
blade with the vise jaws. This allows for a minimal gap between the
work piece vise and the actual cut, which is vibration-free and leaves

Even with its superior cutting efficiency, the DSH/E emits only a quiet
hum while cutting wood up to 50 mm (1-1/2"), plastic up to 30 mm
(13/16"), and non-ferrous metals up to 10 mm (13/32"). The DSH/E also
cuts effortlessly Plexiglas, fiberglass, foam, leather, or cork.
The free swinging saw blade holder takes standard saw blades with pin
ends. However, blades without pin ends may also be clamped safely by
means of a toggle screw. The slender saw arm allows for a clear view to
the back of work piece, and a quick tension release lever is ideal for
frequent inside cuts. The dust blower with adjustable nozzle ensures
clear sight of the work piece and cutting line. The base is solid cast
iron with rubber feet minimizing vibrations (may also be
bolted down).
The table is extremely stable with a large work area of 14-5/32" x
10-1/2" (360 x 270 mm) and can be tilted 45° for miter cuts. Vacuum
cleaner and dust extractor are side-mounted allowing for a dust-free
environment. The machine comes with five coarse and five fine saw

Perfect cuts

attemted in conjunction with the coolant system (below).
A solid, ribbed die-cast aluminum housing (not a tubular or sheet metal
construction) ensures the necessary stability. The machine has double
ball bearing aluminum pulleys, a sturdy machined table with a slot for
the miter gauge as well as the coolant trough. The worktable tilts up
to 45° for accurate miter cuts. The low noise 110-120V motor (high
quality, for quiet, prolonged use) operates via toothed belt.
Electronically controlled speeds for exceptionally accurate cutting (no
subsequent finishing necessary) are available from 395 to 820 ft/min. A
